You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Lighting products that have been installed, modified, or damaged during installation cannot be returned.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged during shipping, or the incorrect item was sent.
In those cases, Elite LEDS Lighting will provide a replacement or return shipping label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we will assist you with the process.
If your product arrives defective or stops working within the warranty period, please contact us and we will assist with replacement or warranty support.
